BLACK & WHITE LAUNDRY UPGRADE
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
Built-In Elements
This new-build laundry room was a blank slate awaiting the vision to maximize its functionality. A stacking washer and dryer configuration was selected to save space. From there, we built in upper and lower cabinetry to house laundry-related and other items. Since the house doesn't have a basement, this cabinetry provides essential storage for dry goods like toilet paper and more. Pre-fabricated cabinets were used for speed of completion, ensuring a quick turnaround.
Decor
To enhance the room's aesthetic, we sourced granite remnants and installed a coordinating backsplash, embracing a black and white color scheme. The LVP flooring was removed and replaced with bold patterned flooring, creating a bright and bold space. Final decor touches included wall signage and a vintage drying rack, which adds both fun and functionality by allowing clothes to hang dry when needed.
Color Scheme
The black and white color scheme, highlighted by the granite remnants and backsplash, provides a sleek and modern look. The bold patterned flooring adds a pop of personality and ties the room together, making it a lively and inviting space.
CONCLUSION:
This laundry room transformation maximizes functionality while showcasing a bright and bold design. With a stacking washer and dryer, custom cabinetry, and stylish decor, this space is both practical and visually appealing. Ready to transform your home?
